A TCLeague Ambassador is someone who helps carry the spirit of TCLeague into the community.

Ambassadors are not chosen because they are the loudest, the best players, or the most visible people in the room. They are people who naturally inspire others, create welcoming spaces, promote healthy competition, and help others feel invited to take part.

They represent what TCLeague is about: faith, fellowship, respect, and competitive gaming.

What does a TCLeague Ambassador do?

A TCLeague Ambassador helps TCLeague grow by being active, positive, and intentional in the community.

This can include:

• Promoting TCLeague and helping more people discover what we do

• Creating or encouraging game opportunities

• Inviting others to events, tournaments, and community activities

• Helping new players feel welcome

• Inspiring others to participate

• Supporting a healthy and respectful gaming culture

• Representing TCLeague in a positive way online and offline

An Ambassador does not need to do everything. Some are great at organizing. Some are great at welcoming new people. Some are natural encouragers. Some help build excitement around events and competitions.

The important thing is the heart behind it.

What kind of person becomes an Ambassador?

We look for people who already live out the values of TCLeague.

A TCLeague Ambassador is someone who:

Can I apply to become an Ambassador?

No. Ambassador is not a role you apply for.

TCLeague Ambassadors are noticed over time. We look for people who naturally stand out through their attitude, their actions, and the way they help others become part of the community.

When we see someone consistently representing TCLeague well, creating opportunities, encouraging others, and helping the community grow, we may invite that person to become an Ambassador.

This keeps the role meaningful and based on character, not popularity.

Why do Ambassadors matter?
